The purpose of wmconf is to convert the config file from any window manager to an equivalent config file for any other window manager. Having just started, we're not quite there yet ;).
Right now, the project is very much immature. It can sorta' kinda' convert from fluxbox to openbox. Check out my crufty perl by saying:
svn co https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wmconf wmconf
